Game Day
Games will be played at 401 Roberta Ave., Waukesha, WI 53186 on the main turf football field.
Spectators will only be allowed outside the fence around the field. Up to 4 high schoolers or adults will be assigned to run the chains throughout the game. Additionally on the sidelines will be medical professionals as assigned and game day managers as needed. Spectators will enter through the main gated entrance. All in attendance must abide by the league Code of Conduct.
Game Managers will also directly address any spectators, players or coaches not abiding by the league Code of Conduct. Should a said person become unruly he/she will be asked to leave the stadium area immediately; if this does not occur police will be called and charges will be filed.
Additionally, Game Managers will make weather related decisions. In the case of thunder or lightning, fields and stands will be cleared and remain cleared for 30 minutes after the last thunder is heard or lighting is witnessed. Game Day managers will make announcements and clear the field and stands. Shelter is available for players and coaches in the sheds on site and in the high school. Spectators will be instructed to take shelter in metal roofed vehicles. This is in accordance with *WIAA and NFHS standards.
An AED is always on site and a medical professional is on site with accordance to AAYFL regulations (planned to be on site unless a circumstance prevents them to be).
